Room prices at the hotels:

A limited number of rooms are blocked at special discounted conference rates at these three hotels (very close to the conference venue), making it a convenient and affordable choice of accommodation for the participants. Reservations by conference delegates must be received on or before August 23, 2010. Credit card details are required to secure the reservation. The hotel reservations should be made individually and referring to the conference in order to take advantage of the special rates. Reservations will be accepted on a first come, first served basis and are subject to availability. Prices are quoted in EUR. Please note that some additional taxes may apply at the time of the conference.
